The skipper of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Amos Frimpong has been ruled out for four to five weeks due to injury.
The stalwart defender picked up an arm injury during their Ghana Premier League fixture against Liberty Professionals on Sunday.

According to the 28-year-old, he will be out of action for four to five weeks per the result of the scan conducted at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

"We want to the hospital [Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital] after the game for a test over the injury" Amos told Sunyani based radio station Space FM

"The doctors said I will be out for four to five weeks but am praying for a quick recovery to help my darling club to clinch the title this season"

"I need the fans and every prayers to make a quick return to the turf"

Frimpong has joined Winger Frank Sarfo Gyamfi, Eric Donkor and Evans Quao in the treatment room.
