Bawku Central MP, Mahama Ayariga claims the Energy Minister through the chairman of Parliament's appointments committee, Joe Osei Owusu and Minority Chief Whip, Muntaka Mubarak attempted bribing members of the committee in order to fast-track the approval of the nominee.
