Ala-Adjetey leaves for African Speakers conference

Accra, Jan 4, GNA - Mr Peter Ala- Adjetey, Speaker of Parliament, left Accra on Saturday night for Cairo to attend the African Parliament Speakers Conference on, "Democracy and Development" to be held on the 5th and 6th January.

Mr. Ken Tachie, Clark of Parliament and Mr. Jones Kugbelenu, Director of Public Affairs, Parliament House accompanied the Speaker who would continue to Canada for the 17th Conference of Commonwealth Speakers and Presiding Officers (CSPO) from 8th to 12th of January.
