Asantehene’s directive excites Coach David Duncan

Embattled Coach David Duncan seems to be in a happy mood currently after Patron of Kumasi Asante Kotoko His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II directed the Club’s board to find an amicable solution to the impasse with Coach Duncan.

Coach Duncan was asked to “step aside” on April 4, 2016, following a string of poor results in the 2015/16 Premier League, which certainly did not go down well with him.

Despite his “step aside” embargo, Coach Duncan still appeared at the club’s training ground for official duty, and it took the intervention of the Asantehene to get David Duncan tamed.

In a recent development, Patron of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Otumfuo Osei Tutu II ordered the board of Kotoko to settle the impasse with Coach David Duncan and in his reaction, he took to Twitter to heap praise on the wise King.

The Kotoko board is yet to sit on the matter and finally conclude on the future of Coach David Duncan
