Hearts of Oak’s physiotherapists have abandoned their posts due to unpaid salaries, GHANASoccernet.com understands.

Dr Jonathan Quartey and Okyere Baffour Agyei have suspended their services with the club.

Recent criticism from a board member over the injury of promising midfielder Samudeen Ibrahim who has missed the club’s last eight matches.

Ibrahim suffered a foot injury on match day 1 and was scheduled to return their week 2 match against Medeama in Tarkwa but he was absent.

There are reports Hearts of Oak travelled to the Obuasi Len Clay stadium for their match day 9 win over AshantiGold without a physiotherapist on the bench.
