Chelsea receive loan bids for Christian Atsu

Chelsea winger Christian Atsu continues to attract all the attentiuon despite being inactive for club after the 2015 Afcon in Equatorial Guinea.

Reports from the English Premier League champions indicate that there have been bids from various clubs around Europe for the signature of the former FC Porto midfielder.

Since his arrival from Portuguese club Porto, Chelsea attacking midfielder hasn't had a grand time in England.

Following two failed loan spells in the Premier League, the latest of which at Bournemouth was cut short by the club, it seems that Atsu might be heading out of the UK on another loan deal.

According to ESPN FC, Bundesliga club Hamburg and La Liga side Levante have already made bids to have Atsu on loan for the rest of the season, with other clubs monitoring his current situation.

His links with a possible Levante move were also backed up by Spanish radio Cadena SER.

But the ESPN FC sources also claim that Atsu is impressing Guus Hiddink in his training sessions at Cobham since his return from Bournemouth.

This could be an impending block on a potential loan move for Atsu as Hiddink might see him as a useful player to keep around for the rest of the season, even though the 24-year-old probably won't see as much time on the pitch at Chelsea as he would at a smaller club.
