In the attempt to salvage its share in a player transfer move, Ghanaian top-flight side Dreams FC are pursuing legal action against Ismaily Sporting Club of Egypt over the sale of it's former player John Antwi.

John Antwi who is currently with Al Ahly was reported to have been sold for $2,200,000 in a two-and-half-year contract to Saudi club Al Shabab.

However, the club has failed to honour Dreams FC's benefit from the deal which was concluded in January 2015.

Speaking to President of Dreams FC, Mohammed Jiji Alifoe, he confirmed that the club's lawyer Oliver Kronenburg has filed a suit at FIFA against Ismaily.

"It is important that the club gets its due ".

"Our lawyer has sent the issue to FIFA and we are positive.

"For now we will continue our preparations for the league and see how the case also progresses.
