Rawlings Will Face Trial

An ex-Officer of the Ghana Armed Forces, Captain Ben Duah, the state loyalist who fought against both the June 4th and December 31st revolutions, has told THE INDEPENDENT that an Association of victims of Revolutionary Injustice (AVRI) will make sure that Rawlings faces justice for the human rights violation of his regimes at the International Court of Justice.

“I want Ghanaians to be assured that plans are far advanced to bring J.J. Rawlings to the International Court of Justice for justice to be done” he said.

“His guilt is overwhelming and AVRI will make sure he is punished” Captain Duah added. He said this to THE INDEPENDENT in an exclusive interview.
