Polytank appreciates Dzidzienyo

One of Ghana’s representatives in this year’s All Africa Games in Brazaville, Maclean Dzidzienyo, has been presented with a Rambo 5000-litre Polytank - branded water tank by Polytank Ghana Limited.

The tank, valued at GH¢ 2,000, is to assist the wheelchair racer, who is into farming have easy access to water.

Dzidzienyo, who is also a two-time gold medalist of the Outeniqua Wheelchair Challenge (OCC) marathon in South Africa, expressed gratitude to the company for supporting his farming business.

The Media Relations Officer of the company, Moudline Duodua Gyan, told the Daily Graphic that her outfit decided to support the wheelchair athlete because it was sensitive to the plight of the physically challenged.

She said Polytank also recognised the hard work of the athlete in putting the country’s name on the map anytime he took part in international competitions and was optimistic the donation would motivate him to always offer his best.

While congratulating the athlete on his achievements, she emphasised that her outfit would continue to support the physically challenged in society to enable them to live an independent and self-sustaining life.
