Lamudi, GhanaWeb partner to ease property search

Leading real estate website Lamudi Ghana and top news website GhanaWeb have entered into a partnership to make looking for property more convenient for house-hunters.

The partnership involves the integration of properties listed on Lamudi’s website with that of GhanaWeb.

The partnership gives property-seekers in Ghana increased access to a wide selection of properties listed on Lamudi.

Ghana’s real estate market has been strengthened since the discovery of crude oil in the country. This led to a multiplier effect, resulting in an increase in hotel supply, commercial real estate and housing.

Property search has assumed a greater importance as a result. With the introduction of 4G services in the country and the rise of smartphone usage, property seekers have seen increased convenience through online platforms such as Lamudi.

Lamudi Ghana has been serving the needs of property seekers, real estate agents and developers since late 2013 when it began operations in the country. The website has over 8,000 properties listed from more than 450 agents, developers and private individuals.
