"Higher electricity tariffs this week", is the banner headline of the Public Agenda. The accompanying story says in the midst of the confusion over whether or not electricity is being rationed and the uncertainty over regular power supply, consumers will this week, be asked to pay higher tariffs. The paper quotes the Minister of Mines and Energy, Mr Fred Ohene-Kena as saying the tariffs will be announced by the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission, this week. GRi
