Ethiopia minister sign general cooperation with Ghana

Dr. Tedros Adhanom Gebreyesus, Foreign Minister for Ethopia, has led a high powered Ethiopia delegation to Ghana to sign a general corporation with Ghana’s Foreign Affair and Regional Integration.

The purpose of the joint General cooperation is to strengthen the co relationship between the two countries and support in areas of implementation. His visit to Ghana has being meaningful based on good hospitality and engagement given him.

He recommends Government of Ghana for putting much effort in the development of Akosombo Dum and keeping Kwame Nkrumah Muslim as tourist site during his visit. He mention some agreed areas to collaborate on which include construction of dums, implementation to agriculture machineries, Tourism, education and other areas.

Hannah serwah Tetteh, Minister of Foreign Affair and Regional Integration said the Ethiopia and Ghana over the past years have being pioneering in respect of promoting Africa unity, integration and solidarity between two member states. She said, the signing in agreement will create formal consultation between the two countries as a result of cooperation and strengthen their relationship. Mrs.Tetteh commend on the 50th anniversary of the AU which has brought social collaboration and the need to achieve common objective.

She pointed that conflict has being major challenge around many countries but cannot identify.

“it is of the view that the president Mahama to continuo reaching out the rest of Africa as well as the rest of the world”. She Quoted. She lamented on the need to actualize the agreement within the shortest possible time and put in place mechanism such that respective countries can benefit.
