As Ghana’s Best Brands In 20i3

Yukos Equatorial, a survey and marketing company, has named former president John Agyekum Kufuor , Osei Kwame Despite of Despite group of companies , Sylvester Mensa, National Health Insurance, Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong CEO of Zoomlion and Alhassan Andani of Stanbic as Ghana’s best brands in 20I3.
Out of 20 renowned names presented to 50 Managing Directors interviewed in Ghana, South Africa, the United States and the United Kingdom, between November and December 20I3, these five were selected by the distinguished officials that were interviewed.

Former president Kufuor had the endorsement of all the fifty, as the best brand and the most distinguished personality whose work and effort has branded Ghana positively on the face of the world.

He was followed by Osei Kwame Despite. This was followed by Sylvester Mensah from the National Health Insurance Authority, then. Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong, CEO of Zoomlion Ghana limited and MR Alhassan Andani Managing Director of Stanbic Bank Ghana limited. They will be presented with certificates as Ghana’s brand ambassadors on the 7th of January 20I3.

President Kufuor in 20I3 used his office to attract several foreign investments in Ghana. Besides, he branded Ghana positively on the international scene by ensuring that there was a peaceful, free and fair elections in war threatened Mali when he was appointed by the Africa Union to supervise Mali’s elections. Furthermore, he has been appointed as the UN’s ambassador on climate change by The Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon, a clear indication of his status in the committee of nations.
Osei Kwame also Known as “Despite” was selected based on his quest and interest in helping create employment and promoting the growth and survival of Ghanaians. He has established several businesses and created employment for hundreds of Ghanaians some of whom would have been unemployed by now. He is into salt production, manufacturing of purified or mineral water and media development he is well known for promoting highlife music with his music shop CEO OF Peace, Hello, Ok and Neat FM, all forming despite Group of Companies.
Sylvester Mensah, despite the challenges posed by the national health insurance scheme has worked extremely hard to ensure that his outfit sustain and improve it. Through this his outfit has helped save thousands of human lives.
Dr Joseph Siaw Agyepong, with the use of simple and ordinary waste clearing equipments for managing waste, has sailed through to establish a University for sanitation and waste management. This is regarded as a remarkable achievement worthy of emulation and reward. Alhassan Andani has helped transformed stanbic Bank Ghana to the maximum. Fairly, the bank has grown to be the best in terms of customer relationship management aside its ever growing assets. He has coached his staff to work with zeal and hold customers in high esteem he was selected based on the value his bank places on customers. These are personalities who are holding and promoting the image of Ghana high cross the world .
These personalities were selected by the 50 high level personalities interviewed out of 20 leaders that were selected. They were nominated and selected purely based on how their efforts and activities helped improved, shape, saved and changed the lives of thousands of Ghanaians in 20I3 and how their activities helped to promote the image of Ghana positively in and around the world. It has nothing related to politics.
