Kufuor Disappointed With NPP’s Lack Of Solid Evidence

Ex-President John Agyekum Kofi Diawuo Kufuor is an angry man.
His anger is directed at the Akyem bloc in the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) led by the “serial loser” and the “ailing” 2012 Presidential Candidate, Mr. Williams Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.

The basis for the former President’s anger according to this paper’s insider source is that as a Lawyer himself, he has come to the conclusion that Nana Addo and co do not have solid evidence to win the case at the supreme court.
Ex-President John Kufuor told a close associate that “at the supreme court the name of the game is solid, credible evidence. I was deceived by Nana Addo but so far the evidence adduce has been very sketchy and not credible”.
Mr. Kufuor also took-on the General Secretary, Mr. Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John.

He told his confidant that “Sir John is killing the NPP and he is out to embarrass me and my followers in the party. For example, he was at the meeting when the party met and agreed to let me attend the investiture of President John Mahama, yet he came out to say that he was not aware that there was any such permission for me to attend the said ceremony”, Kufuor fumed.
It was the same Sir John who on Saturday, December 8, 2012 asked NPP supporters to wear white cloth to church the next day December 9, because the NPP has won the election conducted by the Electoral Commission (EC) led by Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan.
His calculations were deflated when Dr. Afari-Gyan declared the NPP losers, the next day and they are crying all over the place helping Nana Addo to hold both the party and Ghana to ransom.
The confidant further said that Kufuor hoped that NPP supporters would take serious the various statements from Dr. Charles Yves Wereko-Brobbey, a founding member of the NPP and not embark on any unnecessary venture like the “Let My Vote Count Alliance” movement to deceive Ghanaians and their supporters as if the NPP won the elections.
