No victimization after polls- Prez Mahama assures

President John Mahama says no Ghanaian should suffer any discrimination or victimization after the December elections, because of their affiliation to a particular party.

He has promised to walk this talk if he wins the election.

Addressing a rally at Atebubu on Thursday as part of his tour of the Bono Ahafo Region, President Mahama said it is about time Ghanaians realized that in unity that we can push Ghana forward.

According to the President, this unity must be clearly seen especially after this year’s election.

He called on the people to reject the NPP’s free SHS outright and support that of the NDC because theirs will provide quality.

Meanwhile, President John Mahama on Wednesday stormed Nkoranza, the hometown of his wife Lordina, and urged the people to give the NDC a deserved second term.

He called on the rank and file of the NDC to remain confident and keep professing the good works they have done within this short period, to enable the people vote massively for him and the NDC come December 7.

President Mahama told a mammoth rally in Nkoranza that nothing will stop the NDC from winning the elections but they would need to intensify their campaign to make their "one touch victory" a reality.

He promised the people of more projects if they vote to retain the NDC.

The President earlier visited Chiraa, Goaso, Atronie, Hwediem and other surrounding villages.
