Ghana Accused of Aiding Gbagbo

A spokesperson for the internationally recognized president of Cote D'Ivoire, Alassane Ouattara, claims Ghana and South Africa are supporting incumbent president Laurent Gbagbo and that is why he is not willing to step down.

The serious allegations were made in a debate on the French international television station news programme France 24 in Paris. link

The spokesperson also claims a ship has arraived in an Abidjan port today with South African and Ghana Military personnel on board to help Gbagbo.
