A married man has taken his wife, Ama, to Oyerepa Afutuo, a domestic dispute resolution programme on Oyerepa TV, accusing her of having an affair with his best friend.
According to the husband, his wife has brought shame and disgrace upon him by allegedly engaging in an intimate relationship with someone he considers a close friend.
He is seeking an explanation from her over what he describes as a betrayal of their marriage and friendship.

During the programme, Ama was given the opportunity to share her side of the story.
Narrating the events that allegedly led to the incident, Ama explained that she had encountered a marital problem with her husband and decided to seek the help of his best friend, hoping he could intervene and help resolve the misunderstanding.
She claimed that the man asked her to meet him at his shop, explaining that they needed to discuss the situation and find a way to address the issues between her and her husband.
However, according to Ama, things took an unexpected turn when she arrived at the shop. She alleged that her husband's best friend professed love to her, locked the shop and subsequently forced her to have sex with him.
Ama has since appealed to her husband for forgiveness, describing the incident as a mistake and pleading for another chance to save their marriage.
“I only went to him because I wanted him to help me resolve the issues between my husband and me, so he told me to come to the shop because of how my husband is; else if people see us outside, they might go and say something else,” Ama explained while recounting her side of the story.
