After sustained firefighting operations, the fire was brought under control at 3:51 pm before being completely extinguished at 6:37 pm.
The destruction included nine containers, five Bihatsu high-jet vehicles and about 30 wooden structures, leaving substantial losses at the commercial site. However, the GNFS did not provide an estimated financial value for the damaged property.
No casualties were recorded in the incident, the Service said.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and no further details have been provided on what triggered the blaze or the circumstances surrounding its outbreak.
The incident adds to concerns about the potential impact of fires at commercial locations, where closely situated structures and stored property can be exposed to extensive damage.
