The Chamber of Oil Marketing Companies (COMAC) has provided fuel and financial support for the ongoing evacuation of waste from the Agbogbloshie landfill site to the Adepa Waste Engineered Landfill Site.

The support was presented to the Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs on Friday, October 16, 2026, by a delegation led by COMAC Chief Executive Officer, Dr Riverson Oppong.

The donations came from several oil marketing companies and other contributors to support the nationwide sanitation exercise and help ensure the safe removal of waste from the site.
