Footage circulating on social media has captured the moment former Ashanti Regional Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Paul Yandoh, was greeted with cheers as he arrived at the christening ceremony of Ashanti Regional Minister Dr Frank Amoakohene’s baby.
In the widely circulated video, Yandoh is seen entering the premises where the ceremony is being held.
'Go take care of your baby instead of watching football' - Yandoh jabs Amoakohene
His presence at the event attracted attention, with ushers leading him to the front row even as he tried to sit among the congregants.
He was led to the front row, where he shared a warm embrace with the visibly surprised Regional Minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene.
It would be recalled that Yandoh heavily criticised the minister after he announced the birth of the baby, claiming that he (Amoakohene) has been giving birth to one child each year.
Yandoh has gained notoriety for his consistent verbal attacks on the minister, who often responds to the claims on his social media.
This gesture between the two has since sparked discussions on social media, with many suggesting that politics should not always be deemed acrimonious.
