Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku says the association has revitalised colts football and introduced more activities to develop the sport at the grassroots level.

According to him, the GFA has invested significantly in colts football over the past six years while expanding competitions and related programmes.

Speaking at an event celebrating the development of colts football, Okraku said the renewed focus on the grassroots game was part of efforts to strengthen Ghana’s football pipeline.

“We have not only resurrected colts football, we have not only invested and continue to invest in colts football, but we have also introduced a lot of colts-related competitions than ever before,” Kurt Okraku said.
