Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has showered praise on his teammate Antoine Semenyo for his ability to excel in the Premier League since joining the club.
During a brief encounter, Semenyo stopped his vehicle to exchange pleasantries with the Norwegian forward. After the Ghanaian winger departed, Haaland, in a conversation with someone in his car, hailed Semenyo’s exploits, describing him as a perfect player who fits the Premier League standard.
The Premier League’s record goalscorer noted that Semenyo’s physicality and ability to adapt to the league’s demands are impressive.

Haaland further indicated that Semenyo’s qualities are similar to his own and expressed confidence that their partnership will deliver the results needed to propel Manchester City to more success.
“This guy Antoine, top guy. He is the perfect Premier League player, physical, just the whole, total package. A bit like me,” Haaland said.
The pair have already demonstrated brilliant chemistry, consistently contributing to goals and making a name for themselves.
In Manchester City’s 1-0 win over Coventry City, Semenyo picked up the ball on the left wing, beat one defender, and delivered a high-flying cross into the box, where Haaland headed home the decisive goal.
