Ghana Black Stars goalkeeper Benjamin Asare arrived at Oasis pub in Osu for his thanksgiving party, organised to celebrate his memorable campaign at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The Hearts of Oak shot-stopper was welcomed to the venue on Sunday, August 30, 2026, as he prepared to host the special gathering in appreciation of the support and love he received from Ghanaians during and after the tournament.

In a video shared on Instagram by Ghana Naija TV, Asare was seen arriving at the venue dressed in an all-white outfit, pairing a white top and trousers. He was accompanied by a lady as he made his way into the venue.

Asare enjoyed a standout World Cup campaign with the Black Stars, helping Ghana record important results with his performances between the posts.

His displays also earned him significant recognition and rewards following the tournament, including a car, a plot of land and an ambassadorial deal.

The thanksgiving party was Asare’s way of expressing gratitude to the fans and supporters who stood behind him throughout his remarkable journey on football’s biggest stage.
