President John Dramani Mahama has expressed hope that the road network linking Bolgatanga to Wa will be fully completed by 2028, providing motorists with a smoother and more reliable journey between the two regional capitals.

Speaking during an inspection of the Chuchuliga-Sandema Road as part of his Resetting Ghana Tour of the Upper East Region, President Mahama said the government’s broader objective is to connect all regional capitals with good roads.

“Our intention is to link all the regional capitals to each other with good roads, and we are also scoping a second phase of roads,” he said.
