The government is holding a National Dialogue on Decentralisation and Responsive Governance today, Monday, August 10, 2026.

The event, convened by the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralisation (IMCC), focuses on resetting local governance and improving public service delivery.

The Vice President, Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, is leading the national dialogue.

The maiden National Dialogue on Decentralisation and Responsive Governance was held on September 25-26, 2025, at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra, Ghana.
