A married woman, identified as Akosua Mother from Wassa Moseaaso in the Amansie West District of the Ashanti Region, is pleading with her husband to forgive her after she admitted to cheating on him with another man.

According to Akosua, her husband, Twumasi Kwame, met her in 2021 and they later got married. She said she became pregnant seven months after their marriage.

Speaking in an interview on Lawson Afisem, a programme on Lawson TV that focuses on resolving domestic disputes, on July 29, 2026, Akosua alleged that her husband's attitude toward her changed over time because he was involved with several other women.

She claimed that he began neglecting his responsibilities toward her and stopped providing her with financial support.

Akosua said she deeply loved her husband and did everything possible to keep the marriage intact.

According to her, her husband eventually asked her to leave their home, making life very difficult for her. As a result, she sought help from her ex-boyfriend and the two became involved in an affair. She later reconciled with her husband and subsequently became pregnant again.

She explained that her husband later demanded DNA tests to establish the paternity of their children before transferring any property to them. The tests reportedly confirmed that the first child was his but the second child was not.

Akosua said she then confessed to her husband and admitted that she had been unfaithful. Despite her apology and pleas for forgiveness, she said he has refused to accept her back.

She revealed that she is currently pregnant again but her husband insists that the unborn child is also not his and has stated that he can no longer continue the relationship.

However, Akosua is appealing to him to rent accommodation for her and provide her with financial support to help her care for the children and sustain the pregnancy until she gives birth. She said a DNA test can then be conducted to determine the paternity of the unborn child.

“Please, I have three children and I am also pregnant, so he should rent a place for me to live. After I give birth, we can do a DNA test to prove the father of the child.

“Bro Kwame, please, I beg you to forgive me, rent a place for me and give me some money to start a business because I believe this pregnancy is yours. At least help me with accommodation so that we can do the DNA test later,” she pleaded.
