In the footage, shared on X and sighted by GhanaWeb on July 31, 2026, the driver is seen offering some GH¢50 notes to the city guard who refused to collect it.

The uniformed guards, according to the narration in the video had reportedly stopped the driver over an alleged traffic infraction.

However, their posturing noticeably change after they become aware that the exchanges were being filmed.

The driver was then heard saying, “You said you have arrested me, no problem, collect the money, but I won't take any receipt. Just take the GH¢300.”
