The Report of the Constitution Review Committee 2025 and the Proposals for Amendment of the 1992 Constitution have been made available for public access.

The documents contain the Committee’s recommendations and proposed changes to the 1992 Constitution, with a focus on strengthening Ghana’s constitutional framework and improving the country’s governance systems.

The release gives members of the public an opportunity to review the proposed amendments and recommendations as discussions on constitutional reforms continue.
