The United States (US) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has released details of 355 West African immigrants either facing deportation or who have already been deported, including 30 Ghanaians.
The list shared included the photos, names and associated crimes of the affected individuals.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) indicated that the list was intended to highlight individuals who face deportation for what it described as the worst of the worst criminal activities.
“The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is highlighting the worst of the worst criminal aliens arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
“Under DHS leadership, the hardworking men and women of DHS and ICE are fulfilling President Trump's promise and carrying out mass deportations — starting with the worst of the worst — including the illegal aliens you see here,” the notice before the list reads.
The list included the details of Ghanaian socialite and musician Mona Montrage, popularly known as Haji4Real, who has already been deported to Ghana.
The details showed that Haji4Real made the list for committing fraud and was arrested in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
