Thomas Partey and Antoine Semenyo are yet to report to the Black Stars camp in Cardiff as 22 players continue preparations for the upcoming international friendly against Wales and the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Kamal Deen Sulemana, Abdul Mumin, Kwasi Sibo, Jonas Adjetey and Prince Kwabena Adu were the latest arrivals on Thursday, May 28, 2026, joining the group already in camp at Dragon Park.

Their inclusion has boosted the number of players in camp to 22, following the initial 16 who reported earlier in the week.

The team has intensified preparations under Coach Carlos Queiroz, with two training sessions scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2026, as Ghana fine-tunes its approach for the friendly against Wales.

Partey and Semenyo’s absence is part of the staggered arrival of players as preparations continue.

The Black Stars are in Group L of the 2026 FIFA World Cup alongside England, Croatia and Panama.

Ghana will open their campaign against Panama on June 17 in Toronto before facing England and Croatia in its other group fixtures.
