The High Court in Accra reportedly rejected evidence presented by embattled former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), Kwabena Adu-Boahene, during court proceedings on Monday, May 25, 2026.

According to a report by Accra-based TV3, Adu-Boahene, through lawyers, tried to tender an email document showing bank transfers from his personal bank account to one of the accounts of the National Security, the Fidelity Bank account of the BNC Director.

The said transfers included a supposed GH¢1.65 million from Adu Boahene’s account to that of the BNC Director.

It also indicated a GH¢400,000 transfer from Adu Boahene to the same account.

“The court has rejected email evidence of bank transfers of GH¢1.65 million and GH¢400,000 from Adu-Boahene's account to the Fidelity Bank account of the BNC Director,” the media house wrote in a post shared on Facebook on Monday.

Mildred Donkor, the third prosecution witness, during cross-examination on Monday, told the court that the bank statements show transfers of GH¢1.7 million and GH¢402,000 were made to Adu-Boahene in 2018.

She is also reported to have said that Advantage Solutions, one of the companies reportedly owned by Adu-Boahene and his wife, pre-financed National Security special operations via the BNC account.
