Who transferred the funds? from whose phone? if it was from a merchant number, that person would have been added to the investigations. We are not in 1980.
It's good to ask all the questions like you are doing. But please, let the police provide you with the relevant evidence that ties the chief to the matter.
Definitely, Ghana Police cannot just rely on that oral confirmation by the suspect to arrest the chief and, without any additional investigation, publicise the news. That doesn't make sense.

What really matters is the confession of the killers, witnesses and all accomplices, and not the usual sensation of family members.
In any case, the deceased was not the queen mother of Atebubu but rather that of a tiny location called Abamba.

They're b9th fighting the Paramount Chief of Amanten in a land dispute. The main suspect should rather be the Paramount Chief of Amanten, who we believe organised this whole set up with Suliyangari who's serving a 57-year jail term at Ankaful prison. The convicted prisoner has always supported the Amanten Paramount Chief in his fight against the Akokoa Chief who's been arrested and his cousin on the other side. People gave heard an audio recording on which the prisoner who threatened the Akokoa Chief that he would ensure that he would kill his cousin and frame him up for jail.
