The Police should have taken the Vehicle into their possession and wait for a Judicial Instruction as to Who to hand it over to.
3. By his own admission,
The Vehicle was handed to the Parliamentary Candidate by the National Office in Accra with the Regional Chairman as WITNESS.
4. The Police can therefore not act on the "INSTRUCTIONS" of the Regional Chairman to retrieve and HANDOVER TO THE CHAIRMAN an item that had never been placed in his legal possession or custody.
5. The Police should as a matter of urgency,
REPOSSESS THE VEHICLE and await a legitimate request by the NATIONAL OFFICE
Which said request should be be placed before a Judicial Officer for a legitimate Order
