Former Asante Kotoko striker, Mark Adu Amofah continues to make strides in the academic world, bagging yet another qualification over the weekend.

On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the former cult hero graduated from the prestigious Cornell Law School with a Master of Science in Legal Studies.

A video shared on his social media platforms captures the moment Adu Amofah, who also played for Liberty Professionals, received rapturous applause as he walked up to collect his certificate.

The latest achievement adds to an already impressive list of academic accomplishments by the ex-footballer, whose transition from professional sports has been nothing short of remarkable.

Among his academic feats are a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security from the same university, and an Associate of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Glendale Community College.

Mark Adu Amofah has also established AA Sports International, an initiative aimed at supporting talented young footballers and helping them nurture their talents.

His achievements add to the growing list of Ghanaian footballers who have successfully transitioned into new fields and are making significant strides.

Mark Adu Amofah, who began his career with Young Brazilians, became a national star after joining Asante Kotoko from Liberty Professionals, following a successful loan stint with the now-defunct Tema Real Sportive.
