General Manager of Skysat Technologies Ghana Limited, Vibin Lesly, has announced special promotions and after-sales support packages for customers following the launch of the company’s Konica Minolta VIP Printing Experience Centre.

Speaking at the launch event, on Thursday May 14, 2026, he affirmed that the initiative is aimed at giving customers access to quality printing solutions at affordable rates while also providing reliable maintenance support.

“Yes, this is a VIP Printing Experience launch. During this launch event, we are happy to explain the service promotions as well as the sales promotions,” he stated.

According to him, customers who book a Konica Minolta machine during the promotional period will enjoy a 10 percent discount together with what he described as an aggressive service contract package.

“So, during this event, if a customer is planning to book a machine, they are getting a 10% discount on the machine and then an aggressive service contract,” he said.

Lesly also noted that the company’s maintenance package goes beyond the traditional servicing arrangements offered by other providers.

“The service contract is not just like others, where they only come and maintain the machine. We do something different,” he explained.

He added that customers who purchase machines from the company will receive one year of free servicing and fixed consumable prices throughout the contract period, regardless of market fluctuations.

“So if a customer is buying a machine, we provide free service for one year, and for one year the consumables come at a fixed price. So whatever happens, whether prices go up or down, we are not going to change it. The customer remains on the same price throughout the contract period,” he stated.

Lesly further disclosed that the company has introduced a Daily Graphic promotion which also covers existing Konica Minolta machine users across the country.

“We are also having a Daily Graphic promotion. Not only for the new machines, we are considering our existing machines already on the market,” he noted.

He encouraged customers with older Konica Minolta machines to take advantage of the company’s free inspection and servicing opportunities.

“Whoever has a Konica machine should check the Daily Graphic and grab the free service offer. Our engineering team can inspect your machines, do all the necessary work and bring back your old machine to factory standard,” he added.
