The Mid-West Ghana Conference, which oversees the activities of the church in the area, marked four decades of dedicated service, growth, and spiritual impact.

Originally established in 1894, the conference has undergone several phases of reorganisation to strengthen its mission and outreach.

Notably, key restructurings took place in 1986 and again in 2015, shaping it into its current form. Today, the conference supervises a vibrant Christian community of over 19,000 members across 120 churches within the Bono Region.
