Have you ever read and heard about NDEWURA JAKPA and TOHAJIE after the Almoravid invasion of Western Sudan and defeated and overthrew the Songhai Empire. The elderly people of Adukrom and some Guan areas understand Gonja language. My In Law is from Winneba and can’t speak the Gonja language but has a very working knowledge of the language.
