FROM ALL ACCOUNTS, THE CAUSE OF THAT TRAGIC ACCIDENT IS PRIMARILY BAD ROADS, POOR ROAD SAFETY, AND THE LACK OF PROPER ROAD SAFETY ENFORCEMENT!
BAD ROADS: SINGLE LANE HIGHWAYS REMAINS THE MOST DANGEROUS ROADS TO TRAVEL AT HIGH SPEED !!!
POOR ROAD SAFETY: THE LACK OF DRIVER DISCIPLINE ON THOSE ALREADY BAD ROADS IS SHOCKING! THERE ARE MANY BRAINLESS FOOOOLS DRIVING ON GHANA ROADS AND THEY DO WRONG OVERTAKINGS WITHOUT CARE ABOUT WHETHER THEY HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY OR NOT! THEY DONT CARE EVEN IF THERE IS AN ON-COMING VEHICLE - THEY WILL OVERTAKE HEAD ON AND EXPECT THE DRIVER WHO HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY TO MOVE TO THE PEDESTAL PAVEMENT.
POOR ROAD SAFETY ENFORCEMENT: THE USELESS GOVERNMENT CONTINUE TO FAIL TO INVEST IN CRITICAL ROAD SAFETY PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT.

That's the problem of being born in a Malfunctioning society like Ghana.Trust me Ghana will record 1,000 Road accidents deaths/day when Accra-Takoradi & Acrra -Kumasi highways are completed. Until changes are done to Transport Regulations laws it will never be good news.Trotros are supposed to be banned ,Cargo vehicles shd only move in the night etc.It is not for nothing that accidents on roads are low in advanced countries, they apply the law.

HOW EFFECTIVELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, ARE OUR SCIENTISTS/MEDICAL DOCTORS ABOUT THE EFFECT OF THE USE OF "WEE" ON THE HUMAN NATURE.

Unnecessary overtakings are the causes of many accidents on Ghana roads, most drivers don't have patience to stay in their lanes until it is assured that overtaking can be done due to safety ahead of him, some drivers are too much in a hurry on the roads knowing that road users are many and there are rules and regulations in driving and having said that is amounted to illiteracy.
