To invest in Ghana, the investor would literally have to get a separate loan to bribe corrupt Ghanaian officials to initiate the paperwork. Some Ghanaians in the diaspora have money and would like to invest in the country. Unfortunately, some of them get frustrated with government officials and take their money back. So investing in the country is not about free visa. The government rather needs to do something about the artificial barriers erected by corrupt officials that impede investment in the country.
