And if you are a manager who can't think outside the box to see every possibility, you're simply incompetent. Even Ronaldo and Messi had to play with the experienced elders in their teams for years before transitioning to the top position. You don't drop the experienced players before your emerging talents reach their full potential. What Otto-Addo did was an incompetent mistake instigated by personal vendetta which corroborated the agenda of the anti-ayews. If the new coach wants to succeed, he knows what to do!

Good players like Semenyo were moving up from league 1 to premier league but the Ayews career trajectory has been towards sunday football teams. They are not quality materials anymore.
