In my opinion, in national development, there are the big things and small ones too that people see and appreciate. Let these tricycles reach out on market days to screen for even malaria, and people will appreciate. But then regular ambulances could have done same and serve varied purposes. I have worked in the Sene district before and the police were calling on a contractor to provide their pickups to convey accident victims and even the dead to hospital. There was even the regular calls to help with pregnant women at night. Lets us have zero tolerance for repeated cost outlay.

In many regions, the presence of massive government convoys at social events like funerals is seen as a display of power, yet that same "energy" often disappears when it’s time to fix the roads those very cars are driving on.
When an Aboboyaa becomes a woman's only way to get to a labour ward, while a politician’s car is idling in a driveway with the AC on, the "Modern Ghana" tag starts to feel more like a slogan than a reality.
