Apart from appointing this boy as the regional minister, he also appointed twenty-two MMDCEs out of the total of forty-three administrative districts in the whole region. Now, the president wants to reduce the profile of the only real interchange in the region from 4-Tier to 2-Tier Interchange. There are several brand new hospitals built by the previous administration, that are about 90% complete but President is refusing to commission them because of his dirty politics, and we have this boy sitting in the region as the regional minister and always being ridiculed and called to dance around in public. This shows how the president and his government regards the region in the national scheme of things.

Brief profile of Paul Adom-otchere. He had his early education at Garrison Primary School in Burma Camp; his secondary education was at Presbyterian Boys' Senior High School.
He later gained admission to the University of Ghana where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Classics. He then studied law, obtaining an LLB from the same university. He also studied at the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies where he was awarded a Master of Science in Development Economics.
Paul worked as a news reporter in the late 1990s and was awarded 'Best News Reporter' in 2001 by the Ghana Journalists Association.
