This is the problem created by successful governments especially PNDC led J J Rawlins. Ghana used to produce a lot of tomatoes and the excess were then canned. Rawlins got rid of all the factories, Ghanacan, Nsawam. Dr Kwame Nkrumah with his foresight established these factories. Post production losses were minimised. What a destructive government he has turned out to be.
