This is not about NDC or NPP. Where was the NCA when the previous registration was done? Was it carried out by a different institute? What is the guarantee we will not be asked to register our SIM cards if a new administration should take over because this is not the first time we have had to do SIM re-registeration? This if this is not a loot, why can't they contact those SIM cards with issues to register them than to re-register everyone since they have the data?
Please, let's always stand for the true, our leaders have always look for devious means to steal and waste the limited resources we have.
