Ghanaian business mogul and investor, Richard Nii Armah Quaye, has announced plans to celebrate his birthday on March 21, 2026, with an extraordinary gesture, giving away 1,000 gold tablets to his social media followers.
In a self-recorded video shared online, the billionaire revealed that the gold tablets are intended as an investment gift for his followers rather than a conventional birthday celebration.
According to Quaye, all his social media followers will automatically be entered into a pool from which 1,000 winners will be randomly selected to receive the gold tablets.
He emphasised that the gold will be real and meant as a long-term investment for the recipients.

"This year, I want to celebrate my birthday with my followers by giving out gold tablets. All my social media followers will be entered, and 1,000 people will be randomly selected to receive real, precious gold," he said.
“This gold will come from Goldbod and is an investment for you. I want you to keep it until its value multiplies, then you can sell it or use it as you wish,” Quaye added.
The selection process will conclude on March 20, 2026, with the winners announced on his birthday, March 21, during a special event.
Quaye encouraged his followers to stay engaged on his social media channels to participate in the giveaway.
Birthdays are better when shared.
