The Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC, has reacted to Vice President Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang's viral video showing her dancing at the Jubilee House.
In the video, the vice president was captured dancing alongside other dignitaries during a programme held at the Jubilee House.
Speaking on his Evidence show on Ohia TV, Abronye wondered how the vice president could be engaged in such a public activity when there was a recent tragic event in Burkina Faso involving some Ghanaians, and the fact that concerns have been raised by cocoa farmers over the prices of their produces.
“So many people have died in Burkina Faso, yet the Vice President is playing disco in the Jubilee House, dancing as if there is nothing wrong,” he said.
He further stated, “As a woman, she must have sympathy for fellow women who suffered in the Burkina Faso attack. Instead, she is dancing in the Jubilee House and showing signs of not listening to anybody.”

Abronye also raised concerns about cocoa farmers, alleging that although some farmers have paid for fertilizers to aplly on their farms but are not getting payment for their proceeds, they are yet to receive them.
“Cocoa farmers have paid for their fertilisers, and they have not been supplied. There is no concern. As a woman, I thought she would show concern and sympathy,” he added.
