Do you remember what Mahama said in the campaign? He maintains Ghanaians have short memories and so may be you're one of them who has forgotten what he said. He emphatically said that GA people need " dokono and nkyinam " .....kenkey and fish....and so what are they going to do with digitilization? And lo and behold, the people voted for kenkey and fish. And so if Mahama and his government is making a " U turn " ...then you need to apologize to Ghanaians for deception. You need to apologize to the " Digital and Visionary " man and let him assist with his experience and expertisees. Shame unto this useless government.
