Founder and Leader of the International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, has revealed a vision he claims to have received concerning former President John Agyekum Kufuor.
Speaking during the 2025 31st Night Service, Obinim recounted that in the vision, he saw the former president waving at him in the midst of a large gathering.
According to him, he had only shared the vision with one person in his church prior to the 31st night service.
“I saw former President Kufuor waving at me in a vision. I only shared this with one person. In that vision, there was a large gathering, and he was waving at us. Suddenly, the whole place became dark," he said.

Obinim explained that he had not realised the prophetic gift earlier, otherwise he would have spoken about the vision the previous week.
"I did not realize I had this prophetic gift earlier, otherwise I would have spoken about it last week," he added.
He further stated that because the former president hails from his wife’s hometown, he had fasted for two days on his behalf, expressing confidence that Kufuor would be safe.
“Since he is from my wife’s hometown, I have fasted two days for him. I believe he will be safe, because when he dies it will affect me,” Obinim said during the service.

The revelation, delivered at the church’s December 31st night gathering, has stirred widespread some debates on social media platform X.
While some users have called for the arrest of the man of God, others argue that it would be more prudent to engage him in conversations rather than fueling public controversies.
