Black Stars midfielder, Francis Abu has started working in the gym after suffering bone fractures during the November 2025 international break.
Francis Abu suffered two bone fractures while attempting to block a shot during Ghana's 2-0 defeat against Japan in the 2025 Kirin Challenge Cup on Friday, November 14.
He was quickly stretched off and was taken to the Toyota Memorial Hospital where he underwent his surgery.
Weeks after his surgery, the official Black Stars X handle has posted a video of the player working in the gym as part of his recovery process.

Francis Abu is making a steady progress in his rehabilitation after he hit the gym this week in his recovery process.
The Toulouse FC player suffered a fracture of two bones during an International friendly against Japan in Nagoya where he successfully underwent surgery.
His current state, is another phase of the rehabilitation process.
The Ghana Football Association, the Black Stars medical team and the technical team continue to thank Ghanaians for the support and wishes to state that the player is doing extremely well and will get back to full fitness.
