Former Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company, Dr Edwin Alfred Provencal, has been released after satisfying the GH¢30 million bail condition imposed as part of an ongoing EOCO investigation.
His release ends more than two weeks in custody after he was picked up at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday, November 10, 2025.

In an interview on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, shortly after his release, his lawyer, Charles Okyere, stated, “Finally, he has met all his bail conditions, and it is time for him to go home.”
